Host: Nikki Romani
In this episode, you get to hang with Nikki as she shares about the importance of sacred space (the fancy name of "me time"). She shares about personally experiencing burnout, a place where she had nothing left to give to her team. She realized this was no place to be and did everyone a disservice. This happened while she was on a missions trip. She talks about how she dealt with this and the time she sat in a storage closet while on the field in order to find space to be alone. You must be creative sometimes. She also shares 3 tips to create sacred space
